Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we specialize in quality pre-owned technology, we have established a specific 15-day return and exchange policy starting from your first purchase date.
15-Day Replacement Warranty
If the laptop has any technical issue within this period, we will provide a replacement according to the conditions below.
Eligible Replacement Conditions
Replacement is available only if the device has a genuine technical problem such as: Hardware malfunction or other functional problems not caused by the customer.
Replacement will NOT be accepted for:
- Physical/body damage
- Broken display/screen
- Keyboard damage caused by user
- Liquid damage- Motherboard issue
- Any damage caused by misuse or accident
Used Laptop Replacement Policy:

- Used laptops can only be replaced with another Pre-owned laptop.

- Used products cannot be replaced with brand-new products.
Replacement Options (If Device Has Issue)
Within 15 days, customers may replace the device with:

Different model in the same price range

Different model in the higher price range (In this case customer have to make additional payment)

Important:
Replacement for lower-priced model are acceptable, but the price difference is strictly non-refundable.
Replacement Without Any Issue
If the device has no technical issue, customers are allowed:
- Only one-time replacement.
- Replacement must be Pre-Owned Product to Pre-Owned Product.
- Cannot replace Pre-owned product with a brand new product.
Replacement product must be:

- Same price, or
-
- Higher price (In this case customer have to make additional payment).
Lower-priced replacements are allowed but the price difference is strictly non-refundable.
Refund Policy
If a customer requests a refund while the device has no issue, a 30% damage/usage deduction fee will apply.
This means:
Customer will receive 70% of the purchase amount and the 30% will be deducted as service and usage cost.
Final Decision
Our team reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the product before approving any replacement or refund request. For some situation like the unavailability of enough quantity may cause delay replacement. For that case we request to the customer to be supportive.
