Warranty Policy

Welcome to Laptop Heaven Powered by AN Tech BD. We are committed to providing quality refurbished and used laptops. Please read our Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Warranty Coverage
All eligible used and refurbished laptops purchased from Laptop Heaven Powered by AN Tech BD include:
- 15-Day Replacement Warranty
- 5-Year Free Service Warranty (Without Parts)
The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website or authorized sales channels.
15-Day Replacement Warranty
If your laptop develops a hardware fault within 15 days from the date of delivery, we will inspect the product.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under this warranty and cannot be reasonably repaired, we will replace the laptop with the same model or an equivalent model of similar specifications, subject to availability.
Replacement is available only after our technicians complete the inspection and verify that the issue is covered under warranty.
5-Year Free Service Warranty (Labor Only)
We provide five (5) years of free service from the purchase date.
This service warranty includes:
- Free labor charges for eligible hardware servicing
- Professional diagnosis and maintenance by our technicians
This warranty does not include the cost of replacement parts.
If any hardware component requires replacement, the customer will be responsible for purchasing the necessary parts. Labor for installing those parts will be provided free of charge during the service warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Physical damage
- Accidental drops or impacts
- Burnt components or electrical burn damage
- Liquid damage caused by water, tea, coffee, beverages, or any other liquids
- Fire, lightning, power surges, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Display, Keyboard & Cosmetic Damage
The following items are not covered under this warranty:
- Any kind of display damage
- Screen cracks or pressure marks
- Keyboard damage
- Touchpad damage caused by misuse
- Laptop body damage
- Hinge damage
- Broken ports caused by physical force
- Cosmetic scratches, dents, or wear and tear
Warranty Void Conditions
Your warranty will become void if:
- The laptop has been physically damaged.
- The laptop has suffered liquid damage.
- The product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized technician.
- Warranty seals or identification labels have been removed or tampered with.
- The product has been intentionally damaged or improperly used.
Return & Refund Policy
All merchandise sold by Laptop Heaven Powered by AN Tech BD is non-refundable.
If a customer wishes to return a product after purchase, and the company agrees to accept the return at its sole discretion:
- The customer must pay a 30% usage charge based on the product’s current selling price.
- The remaining eligible amount will be refunded after inspection and approval.
- Shipping and other applicable charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service:
- Contact our customer support.
- Provide your order number or purchase invoice.
- Describe the issue in detail.
- Bring or ship the laptop to our service center for inspection.
- Our technicians will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Warranty service cannot be provided without proof of purchase.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping the purchase invoice or order confirmation.
- Backing up all personal data before submitting the laptop for service.
- Packaging the laptop securely when shipping it for warranty service.
Laptop Heaven Powered by AN Tech BD is not responsible for any loss of personal data during diagnosis or repair.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this Warranty Policy is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or servicing of the purchased product in accordance with this policy.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Policy Updates
Laptop Heaven Powered by AN Tech BD reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
